Forum - Does anyone know if I can obtain some interim payments to tide me over?

I don’t know if anyone can help but I was recently injured at work through the negligence of others and have subsequently been unable to work – the case is going to court but in the meantime I am going through a large chunk of my savings in order to keep my home and family – Does anyone know if I can obtain some interim payments to tide me over?
